Payment Options and Procedures:
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
The majority of our products are in stock, therefore most typical orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hrs. If we are temporarily out of stock we will notify promptly. We will provide you a confirmation of your order along with a tracking number once shipped.
Direct shipped products:
Certain product lines are direct shipped from the manufacturer and may take up to 5-7 business days to ship. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to outside logistics companies such as Fed EX ,UPS. We will notify you if there is a delay due to a backorder of the product from the manufacturer.
Additional charges may apply to these items that may be subject to being shipped by carrier truck lines. A $30 fee will apply to residential deliveries. Any damages that occur are the liability of the freight carrier.
We do ship to some outside countries, please check with us first to confirm first.
We typically do not provide samples because our goal is to keep our cost down, so this is done on a limited basis. We gladly provide laminate individual chips as a courtesy at no charge. Please do check with us on other items.
Special Order Items:
These items are non-cancel able and non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked on the product description page. Please contact us if you have any concerns as to an item being of a special order nature.
Laminate and Veneer ordering:
Being that all of our laminate and veneer require special packaging and they do ship from individual locations we advise to keep shipping cost down not to combine multiple laminate sheets from different manufactures on one order.
Errors and Omissions:
We strive to do our best to provide accurate pricing and product information, but occasionally typographical information errors do happen. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we do reserve the right not to fulfill orders based upon incorrect pricing or information.
All shipping charges are approximate and subject to change prior to final shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept items that are returned within 30 days. All products must be unopened/new condition in order for credit to be issued. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and a 30% restocking fee on direct shipped orders from the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost. All return items must be authorized by Top Cabinet Hardware and must have an RGA number ( Return Goods Authorization ) attached. Please contact us and we will gladly send you the RGA form by e-mail or fax. No custom or special orders are returnable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of credit. Once approved credit will be applied directly back to your credit card.
Damages and Shortages:
Please note that shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and is not a reason to return a product. We will assist you in settling your claim with the carrier. All claims for shortage or damage must be reported to us within 48 hours. It is advised that any visual damages should be noted with the carrier upon accepting the delivery. Please retain all original packaging if submitting a request for replacement. Top Cabinet Hardware is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged while in transit to our company.
Damaged Laminate Deliveries:
Our goal is to have your laminate delivered to you damage free. We do this by rolling and shipping our laminate in heavy duty boxes intended specifically for this purpose.
Please inspect your laminate upon arrival. The customer must contact us if damaged within 48hours. Please contact our customer service dept. at 888-509-6883 or e-mail us at email@example.com
Please do not discard damaged laminate, packaging or box.
Please if possible take digital photos of the material and box if visibly damaged as well.
Claims for damage will be filed by us on the customers behalf.
Wilsonart , Formica and Nevamar sheets of Laminate are 1”oversized on both ends. We say this occasionally there may be some minor cracks at the edges due to handling in transit. We believe this should not present a problem for you, but if the damage appears more substantial please contact us immediately at 888-509-6883 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will do our best to have a replacement sheet sent to you within 48 hours.
We take your privacy very seriously; therefore we do not sell, rent, or distribute any of your information for any reason other than fulfilling your order.
